L’association EMDRIA a réalisé une liste d’instruments pour la recherche en EMDR.

Ils sont proposés sous la forme d’un tableau qui propose donc une série d’instruments qui peuvent être utilisés dans la recherche en psychothérapie. Il ne s’agit pas d’une liste exhaustive, mais le tableau reprend de nombreux instruments qui ont été utilisés dans la recherche en EMDR.
